from the Constitution…
The affairs of the club shall be administered
by the General Committee consisting
of:
-
Honorary President
-
Honorary Secretary
-
Honorary Treasurer
-
Honorary Match Secretary
-
Club Captain
-
Youth Convenor
-
2 other Committee members*
*2 is the minimum number
of additional committee members required.
The AGM has the power to increase this
number. The Committee also has the power
to increase its number at any time during
the season.
A Quorum shall be 5 members.
The Committee shall meet on a monthly
basis and the Honorary President and the
Honorary Secretary shall be empowered
to convene further meetings as neccessary.
The Committee shall be elected at the
AGM; existing members shall be eligible
for re-election. The Committee shall have
the power to issue by-laws, to fill vacancies
in it's number and to appoint such sub-committees
as neccessary. Any changes in the by-laws
must be approved at the next AGM before
implementation."
