| What made you start playing? |
Dads influence and encouragement, I started High School and because of the standard I attained I was asked by Dave Garland (RIP) Gym Teacher to coach seniors at age of 13. Scored 55 for School 1sts when 15, previous 3 games were ducks!! |

Scored First ever hundred (105) Dunnikier v Kirkcaldy, 1977, Opened batting out last ball stumped by Denis Cook and bowled by Jim McKenzie with whom I had played with at Glenrothes. Glenrothes 2nd XI, 111 v Edinburgh Beige (2000). Against Holy Cross took 8 wickets for 48 runs from 22 overs bowled. Playing career 43 fifties and 2 hundreds, 5 wickets in an innings (10 times) and over 220 catches and 80 stumpings
