All references to ‘the syndicate’ within this agreement relate to Glenrothes Cricket Club.
£1 shall be used each week to purchase a Saturday night lotto ticket from the profits made on the bonus ball scheme already in place.
All profits gained, as a result of this ticket purchase shall be deposited immediately as income to Glenrothes Cricket Club. No individual shall benefit in anyway from the syndicate.
NATIONAL LOTTERY SYNDICATE RULES
On signing the National Lottery syndicate agreement, the syndicate manager (the ‘manager’) and the syndicate members (the ‘members’ of Glenrothes Cricket Club) agree to the following:
Rule 1: The Manager’s Responsibilities
The manager will perform the following duties:

Using the agreed number combinations, the manager will purchase the lottery tickets for each lottery draw that the syndicate agrees to enter.
Keep care of the lottery tickets on behalf of the syndicate.
Collect and deposit any winnings to Glenrothes Cricket Club as agreed.
To take care of and update the National Lottery Syndicate Agreement. |
