Just a suggestion Andy, but if you get a few extras is it worth considering booking a 2-way taxi in addition to the bus and let those making use of the taxi split the fare?
I will be there now but will likely be taking the car, so can certainly take 3-4 no probs

yep no probs, we will sort out nearer the time
so bus full and 2 spaces in car left :-)
I will only charge £20 per person as opposed to the bus cost ;-)
