We are delighted to announce that Fred Culley has joined Glenrothes CC from Kinross-shire CCC ahead of the 2015 season.

All-Rounder Fred (17) has represented Scotland at U17 level alongside current Glens players Fraser Gosse and Ben Wilkinson; and has been training with the regional academy during the Winter months.

Upon making his decision to join GCC, Fred commented; "I am really excited to have joined Glenrothes CC. I have heard many good things about the club from friends and look forward to training my new teammates ahead of the new season where I'm hoping to progress my cricket further. I would like to say a big thank you to Kinross-shire CC for all the hard work they put in for me over the years, but I'm now looking forward to a fresh challenge and hope I can put in some performances for Glenrothes during what promises to be be another exciting season for the club."

Club Captain Robbie Wright added; "We've been aware of Fred's ability for quite some time following the odd guest appearance at club training sessions. I'm really chuffed to know another promising young cricketer sees Glenrothes CC as the best place to develop his cricket as he aims to fulfil his undoubted potential."
