An enjoyable spell with Stenhousemuir reached its pinnacle by helping them to achieve promotion to the Western Premier League and was capped off well as the clubs leading wicket taker in the top flight.

Yasar commented; "My time at Stenny was hugely enjoyable and I want to wish everyone there the very best as they look to bounce back from a tough season last time out. When the opportunity came to hook up with the Glens it was something I jumped right into, I went along to indoor training and imediately felt at home."

"The club seems very forward thinking with lots of younger players in the squad; knowing I'll be one of the more experienced guys makes it a challenge I'll relish; I can't wait to get started".

1st XI Captain Safyaan Sharif added; "I played a lot of cricket with Yasar when I was a youngster making my way in the game. He's a very skilled and experienced bowler who will most certainly be a bit of a go-to-guy when we need to make a breakthrough".
