Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Glenrothes Cricket Club will be held on Sunday 15 March 2026 from 17:00 at the Gilvenbank Community Sports Hub.

The agenda and papers pack are available via the Information > Documents section on the club website. Please ensure you read in these in advance of the meeting.

Purpose of the AGM

The AGM is a critical meeting for the whole club to both reflect back on the season gone and to shape the strategic direction of the club going forward. The following business shall be conducted:

• Receive and confirm the minutes of the previous AGM
• Reflect on activities undertaken in 2025 with updates from key officials
• Provide an overview of the club's finances
• Presentation on the club's projected financial situation for the forthcoming year and the setting of all fees
• Election of Officers to the Management Committee
• Look ahead to priorities and playing arrangements for 2026
• Members can propose any other business (to be considered at the meeting), and should be submitted by email not less than seven days prior to the AGM.

Arrangements for the AGM

A full agenda with supporting documentation will be provided at least seven days prior to the AGM, though we are aiming for 14 days prior if possible.

Those who cannot attend should ensure that any substantive comments to be raised or a nominated representative to vote on their behalf are submitted by email not less than seven days prior to the AGM. Similarly, please submit any apologies in advance.
