Glenrothes bowled first and done well to restrict Stirling to 116/7 off their 20 overs, Vasu Reddy(3/10 off 4) and Chris Greaves(1/15 off 4) were on top bowling form and backed up by some top fielding and great catches restricted Stirling to 116.
The Glens knew this wouldn't be an easy chase as earlier in the season bowled Stirling out for 104 and could only manage 56 in reply. It was to be Glenrothes' time to shine this time chasing down the total 4 down within 17 overs. Kris Glen was unlucky to be caught and bowled for 3 thanks to an excellent one handed catch but apart from that everyone else who batted contributed with Ryan Watson(32 from 30) Chris Greaves and Ben Wilkinson both(27 from 28) Robbie Wright(17* from 8 balls) and Vasu Reddy(4 from 1 ball) a very good chase in the end making it 9 wins out of 9 in all competitions.
Were now through to the regional finals day which will be played at Forthill in Broughty Ferry on Sunday the 27th July Glenrothes' semi final will be against Forfarshire.
