Match report courtesy of Cricket Europe:
Glenrothes brushed aside Gordonians in the CSL Eastern play-off match to book their place in the top flight with a nine wicket win.
Gordonians won the toss and Swapnil Rane elected to bat. Openers Arora and Dyson took the score on to 25 before Kenny Crichton struck getting Dyson caught by Wilkinson at second slip.
This turned out to be the highest partnership of the innings as the Glenrothes bowlers took command dismissing the Aberdeen side for just 63 in the twenty third over.
Such was their dominance that three times the bowlers were on a hat trick only for the batsmen to survive.
Glenrothes captain Robbie Wright led from the front with 3 for 12 from his five over spell but the pick of the bowlers was Guy Hudson who returned figures of 4 for 6 from his 16 balls.
Greaves and Culley opened for Glens and Gordonians had a brief glimpse of a win when Culley edged a catch off Forbes to Dyson behind the stumps with only 9 on the board.
However Greaves who has already scored over 1000 league runs this year continued his form with an unbeaten 45 and together with Fraser Gosse saw the ESCA side home in the fourteenth over without further loss to set off the celebrations from the Glenrothes supporters.
