On a sunny but cold day at Strathmore Cricket Club, Safyaan Sharif took the team for what turned out to be a useful exercise for the new look 1st XI.

Aidan Justus, Ben Wilkinson & Safyaan Sharif all scored 50s before retiring and new boy Aamir Shahzad bagged few before doing likewise.

Wickets were shared around with Sumit Bali getting 2 and Scott Lucas, Chris Mohale & (with his first ball in Scottish cricket) Aidan Justus getting wickets.
