2. Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

All adult volunteers working with children in the Glenrothes Gladiators are asked to sign up to a ‘Code of Conduct’ for working with children. The Code sets out acceptable behaviours, the standards expected from everyone and forms the basis for challenging and improving good practice.

Our Code of Conduct for Working with Children set out the expectations we place on our cricket volunteers. The Code of Conduct for Players outlines the acceptable (and unacceptable) behaviours for young players participating in cricket activities (which we recommend all children review) as well as a Code of Conduct for Spectators which sets how we promote good spectator behaviour.

All of these codes of conduct are available in hardcopy on the Gladiators Noticeboard in the Hub pavilion.
