4. Registration


Registration

We ask that each young player participating in our cricket activities must complete a 'Gladiators Registration Form' so that we hold key information about them and contact information for the responsible parent or carer, as well as an additional emergency contact.

This is to ensure we understand the individual circumstances of each young person we will work alongside and that we can tailor our support to meet their specific needs if required. This is also referred to as a "Partnership with Parents/Carers Form" in Safeguarding guidance.

Ensuring data is up-to-date

We will undertake periodic data refresh exercises to ensure the information we hold is up-to-date, but if you wish us to stop processing your information at any time then please contact the Director of Junior Cricket.

Keeping your information to hand

This information is then held within our 'Gladiators Management Tracker', which only limited number of people can access. This includes children and parents or carers contact details, information on our coaches and what qualifications etc they hold.

This information is available electronically to the Director of Junior Cricket, or other responsible official, at all cricket events.

All of these policies and procedures are available in hardcopy on the Gladiators Noticeboard in the Hub pavilion.
